Atlas SBC1200 X-Large Sandblast Cabinet with Dual Doors & Vacuum

The Atlas® SBC1200 sandblast cabinet takes many of the already great features of the Atlas® SBC990 blasting cabinet and doubles them. The SBC1200 sandblast cabinet has two, front and rear, extra large top open loading doors and features an expanded extra large work area. Both doors have viewing windows, 24" gloves, and a blasting gun creating a floor space saving double workstation design.

The Atlas® SBC1200 uses a side-mounted powerful vacuum system to keep the work area free of "floating" rust and used media. After the glass bead contacts the surface to be cleaned, a portion of the bead is "destroyed" becomes almost weightless. The vacuum system removes the "floating" rust particles and the "used up" glass beads.

The Atlas® SBC1200 utilizes two independent foot pedal valves that control the flow of abrasives from the dual blasting guns. The foot pedal design allows the operator to concentrate on the work to be done inside the cabinet rather than hold the trigger of a gun. The heavy duty blasting guns use ceramic nozzles (easily replaceable) with a variety of hole sizes to provide the most effective blasting area.
