Frequently Asked Questions.

Buying heavy equipment is a big investment. Here are the answers to the most frequent questions.

Do you offer installation services?

We don't do installations ourselves, but we have a nationwide network of professional installers who are very familiar with the equipment we sell. Contact us and we'll connect you with someone near you.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) or full truckload freight, depending on the size and quantity of the equipment. Because these are large, heavy items, deliveries are typically made to a commercial address, and in most cases a forklift or appropriate unloading equipment will be required on-site. For customers who prefer, local pickup from our showroom is also available.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer flexible financing options to fit your needs. Smaller orders can be financed through Shop Pay at checkout, while larger equipment purchases are eligible for commercial financing programs with competitive terms.

Can I pick up my equipment?

Absolutely—we encourage it. Customers are welcome to pick up orders directly from our showroom, and we highly recommend visiting to see our extensive lineup of equipment in person. It’s a great opportunity to get hands-on, compare options, and work with our team to make sure you’re choosing the right setup for your shop.

What is your warranty policy?

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer, but we work hard to offer some of the most competitive warranty programs in the industry. We carefully select the brands we carry so you can feel confident your equipment is backed by a trusted manufacturer, with reliable support and parts availability when you need it.

How thick does my concrete need to be?

Before installing any lift, check your owner's manual for the exact concrete specs required, as they vary based on the lift's capacity, model, and configuration.

Slab Thickness

  • Two Post Lifts (8,000 to 10,000 lb): plan for 4 to 4 ¼ inches minimum
  • Two Post Lifts (12,000 to 15,000 lb): these heavier duty models need a 6 inch slab
  • Four Post Lifts (8,000 to 14,000 lb): 4 inches minimum

Concrete Strength

A compression strength of 3,000 PSI or higher is typically required to safely handle the lift's weight and daily operation.

Anchor Embedment

Standard ¾ x 5 ½ inch anchor bolts need at least 3 ¼ inches of embedment. When using the supplied anchors, keep no more than 2 ¼ inches exposed above the floor grade to ensure proper holding strength once installed.
