Product Description
The Atlas 9KBPX is an economically designed baseplate two-post lift and one of the smartest solutions on the market for low ceiling garages. If limited overhead clearance has been standing between you and a quality above ground lift, the 9KBPX was engineered specifically to solve that problem without sacrificing the performance and reliability you expect from Atlas.
The total column height of 111 1/2" (9 feet 3 1/2 inches) allows this lift to be installed in almost any professional or home garage with a ceiling as low as 9 feet 6 inches. That opens up professional grade vehicle service to homeowners and shop owners who thought their ceiling height ruled out a two-post lift.
Safety is built into the foundation of the 9KBPX design. Its chain-over-roller system features a spring-loaded Secondary Lock System (SLS) that automatically engages in the event of a slack or broken chain, protecting both the operator and the vehicle every time the lift goes up.
Dual chain-drive cylinders, symmetric arms and automatic arm restraints make the 9KBPX a great fit for home garages and small commercial shops servicing cars, SUVs and light-duty trucks. It is not recommended for diesel dually trucks or other large heavy-duty vehicles; for those, see our heavier duty Atlas lifts.
