Product Description
The Bright 897 is a leverless, center-post tire changer built for shops that work on expensive wheels every day. Instead of clamping the rim at its edge, the 897 locks the wheel through the center bore, so the jaws never touch the finish. That makes it ideal for alloy, chrome, and painted wheels from 12" to 30".
Mounting and demounting are handled by the pneumatically controlled ZD05 leverless head, a patented Italian design proven for years in the European market. There's no tire iron and no prying against the rim. A right-side helper arm with independently operated upper and lower pressing rollers holds the bead down on stiff sidewalls, and a standard left-side tire lift takes heavy wheel assemblies off your tech's back.
