Product Description
The Bright LC557 is a hydraulic truck tire changer built for light commercial trucks and agricultural wheels. It clamps 13" to 26" rims and handles wheels up to 63" in diameter, 31.5" wide, and 2,205 lbs.
A hydraulic clamping chuck grips the wheel securely, and the manual reversing tool head lets you work the bead from either side without repositioning the wheel. The carriage is built from double-layer reinforced plate, and the integrated frame resists twisting under heavy loads.
The portable control console moves with you around the wheel, so one tech can run the whole job safely from the best vantage point. A two-speed spindle (6.5 and 13 RPM) gives you control on tough beads and speed on easy ones.
Power: 220V, 60Hz, single phase. The machine ships without a plug, so plan for an electrician to wire it to your shop's power.
