Product Description
The Atlas TTC305A is an automated truck tire changer for high-production shops that change semi tires, 19.5" tires, and forklift tires. It takes the hard work out of the tires that are too big for a passenger tire changer.
An ergonomic toggle control panel automatically moves the chuck arm, raises and lowers the bead tool, and moves the carriage to line the tool up with the tire, while foot pedals control the chuck's rotation. The single-speed hydraulic chuck has five locking rim positions, and it comes with a standard mount/demount head plus a fast roller head that swaps in quickly. An emergency switch stops all functions at once.
The TTC305A clamps rims from 13" to 26" (down to 8" with alloy adapters) and handles tires up to 55" in diameter and 30 1/2" wide, with an 838 lb. wheel capacity. It runs on 220V single-phase power with a 30 amp breaker.
