Product Description

Built around a high-quality standard, this tire changer combines robust construction, reliable performance, and flexible accessory options to meet a wide range of professional tire service requirements. The 80 mm working-table cylinder provides increased clamping force compared with a 75 mm cylinder, helping hold rims securely while reducing the risk of rim damage.

The standard spacer meets CE 8–10 bar requirements and adds protection during tire mounting and demounting. An Italian-designed ergonomic pedal assembly provides smooth operation and stable sealing performance, while the 5 mm thick double-bending steel column delivers excellent strength and durability.

A specially parkerized cylinder helps prevent rust and extend service life, while the 55 mm horizontal shaft and lengthened hex bar sleeve provide a stronger and more rigid working structure. For increased efficiency, the optional AL328 assistant uses a press block to assist directly with tire pressing, making tire service faster and easier.
