Product Description

The Atlas Garage PRO8000EXT-L combines the extra height of the PRO8000EXT with longer, wider runways. Its 185" runways, about 19" longer than the PRO8000EXT, and 173" maximum wheelbase fit most long-wheelbase pickups, with 78.5" of clearance underneath for parking another vehicle.

One exception: dually trucks won't fit, because the dual rear wheels are too wide to pass between the column locks. For a dually, the PRO9000 is the right lift.

Free plastic drip trays, a steel jack tray, and a caster kit with polyurethane wheels come standard, and the casters go on or come off in minutes. It runs on standard 110V power with a 30 amp breaker. The PRO8000EXT-L is built for home garages, car collectors, and restoration shops rather than commercial shops that cycle a lift many times a day. Many owners add the Atlas RJ35 bridge jack to lift the wheels free for service.

Questions before you buy

Should I get the PRO8000EXT or the EXT-L?

The EXT-L has longer runways (185" vs. 165 3/4"), a longer max wheelbase (173" vs. 153 1/2"), and more drive-thru (84" vs. 80 1/2"). Choose it for crew cab or long-bed half-ton pickups. For 3/4-ton trucks or duallys, go with the Garage PRO9000.

Can I park a pickup under a car?

Often, yes. There's 78 1/2" of clearance under the runways. For your ceiling, add the height of the vehicle on top to the 84" lifting height, plus a few inches of room.

Does it need to be bolted to my floor?

No. It's freestanding and comes with a caster kit, so you can roll it to a new spot when it's lowered.

What kind of power does it need?

Standard 110V household power on a 30-amp breaker.

What comes with it?

It comes with the caster kit, steel approach ramps, a steel jack tray, 4 drip trays, 4 wheel stops, and 2 wheel chocks. The only thing you'll need to buy is hydraulic oil, which you can get at a farm supply or auto parts store.

Can I pick it up at the showroom?

Yes. It's a 1,900 lb package about 15 1/2 feet long, so bring a car trailer or flatbed 18 feet or longer, and we'll load it for you.

What's the warranty?

2 years structural and 1 year on hydraulics (parts only).
